Our ethos
We're a friendly bunch at STERLING. Most of our customers have met and done business with us in various roles in the compressed air industry over the years, and have become friends.
People buy from people, and we do our best to make all transactions work well for both parties. But the world isn't perfect, so things occasionally go wrong. If the worst happens, our first response is to find a practical solution as quickly as possible irrespective of where the fault lies. Only when that's done do we think about how the cost (if any) should be met, and what lessons can be learned
Like any business, however, we have to have the terms of trading laid out, just so everyone knows where they stand in the event of something going wrong.
