Sterling Separation Ltd is a privately owned company based in Cannock, Staffordshire, providing condensate management and air treatment products to compressed air sales & service companies and OEMs in the UK and Ireland. Its sister company STERLING Separation Inc services the North American market, while the rest of the world is supported by specialist national distributors.
STERLING offers a valuable service to compressed air sales and service companies in particular. Whether they need new condensate management equipment for a planned install, or a service kit & air-line filter elements for an emergency job, our customers know that there's a very good chance we'll be able to supply products from our extensive stocks.
We keep around 350 oil/water separators in stock - in over 40 different configurations. There are around 600 service kits of 170 types, and almost 3000 in-line elements to suit over 700 OEM descriptions. What we don't have, we get - quickly!

Mike Amphlett (Director/owner) has been involved in senior positions with market leaders in our industry since 1994, both in the UK and abroad. Mike is currently focused on business development both at home and in the USA, and on developing STERLING’s internal structures.
Richard Turner (Director/owner) has been part of the compressed air industry for many years, as a manufacturer and a distributor, which gives STERLING a powerful perspective on customer needs. Richard’s focus is currently on product development.
Dennis Winder (Sales Manager) is a well known character in our industry. Dennis has a wealth of practical knowledge on all matters to do with compressed air and condensate management, which he delivers in his own uniquely straightforward and humorous style.
