Condensate sample analysis: hydrocarbon content report within 5 working days. Affordable, reliable and fast.
Sample Analysis
Where you or your customer require a report on the hydrocarbon content of a condensate discharge, STERLING offers a convenient test & report service at affordable rates.
We have invested in extensive laboratory equipment to maintain and develop our position as a leading company in condensate management, and we make some of that capability available to our distributor partners and their customers.
Results are delivered within 5 working days of receiving the sample, with a clear written report suitable for inclusion in service records or presentation to a site manager.
Although STERLING uses high-quality equipment that is maintained and calibrated correctly, we do not claim to be a certified laboratory. If you require a condensate analysis for contractual, legal or regulatory purposes, please engage an external certified laboratory provider.
The Process
Submitting a condensate sample for analysis is straightforward. Follow these steps to get your results quickly.
Call or email us before sending a sample; we'll confirm pricing, provide packaging guidance and give you a reference number.
Collect 100 to 250 ml of condensate directly from the separator outlet or drain point. Use a clean, sealable container.
Clearly label the sample with site details and your reference number. Package safely to prevent leakage and post to our Cannock address.
We'll analyse the sample and send a clear written report within 5 working days of receipt, by email or post as preferred.
The Report
The analysis report provides a clear statement of the hydrocarbon content of your condensate sample, useful for demonstrating separator effectiveness, diagnosing performance issues, or establishing a baseline for ongoing monitoring.
Use case: The test & report service is ideal for periodic compliance monitoring, investigating a customer complaint, or verifying separator performance following installation or a service visit. For legally certified analysis, use an accredited laboratory.
STERLING has invested in extensive laboratory equipment to maintain our position as the UK's leading condensate management specialist, and we make this capability available to our partners at affordable rates.
