We have invested in extensive laboratory equipment to maintain and develop our position as a leading company in condensate management, and we make some of that capability available to our distributor partners and their customers.

Results are delivered within 5 working days of receiving the sample, with a clear written report suitable for inclusion in service records or presentation to a site manager.

The Process

How It Works


Submitting a condensate sample for analysis is straightforward. Follow these steps to get your results quickly.

1. Contact Us First

Call or email us before sending a sample; we'll confirm pricing, provide packaging guidance and give you a reference number.

2. Collect the Sample

Collect 100 to 250 ml of condensate directly from the separator outlet or drain point. Use a clean, sealable container.

3. Package & Post

Clearly label the sample with site details and your reference number. Package safely to prevent leakage and post to our Cannock address.

4. Receive Your Report

We'll analyse the sample and send a clear written report within 5 working days of receipt, by email or post as preferred.

What Your Report Includes


The analysis report provides a clear statement of the hydrocarbon content of your condensate sample, useful for demonstrating separator effectiveness, diagnosing performance issues, or establishing a baseline for ongoing monitoring.

Contact us for current pricing; the service is offered at affordable rates designed to make routine monitoring cost-effective for distributor companies and their customers.

We require between 100 and 250 ml of condensate. Please collect it directly from the separator outlet or drain connection, not from a storage vessel where stratification may have occurred.

Our laboratory is not a certified/accredited laboratory, so our reports should not be used as primary evidence in regulatory enforcement, legal proceedings or contractual disputes. For those purposes, please engage a UKAS-accredited laboratory. Our service is best suited to routine monitoring, troubleshooting and service record documentation.

We provide a clear written report stating the hydrocarbon content of the sample, observations on appearance, comparison to typical acceptable levels, and any recommendations. The report is provided by email (and by post if required) and is suitable for filing as part of a service record.

We'll include observations and recommendations in the report. Common causes of high hydrocarbon levels include an overdue service, incorrect sizing for the compressor output, or an emulsified condensate situation. We can advise on the correct corrective action and supply the relevant service kit or upgraded separator if required.
