Who We Are

The UK & Ireland Specialist

STERLING Separation Ltd operates from Cannock, Staffordshire, serving the UK and Ireland with condensate management and compressed air treatment products. We target compressed air sales & service companies and OEMs, not end users.

As a privately owned company, our approach is refreshingly straightforward: good quality, personal service and a great deal, without the elaborate facilities or designer branding that simply add cost without adding value.

Our sister entity, STERLING Separation Inc, handles North American operations: the same philosophy, the same products, the same commitment to excellence on both sides of the Atlantic.

Director / Owner

Mike has held senior industry positions since 1994 in the UK and abroad. He focuses on business development and the internal structures that allow STERLING to deliver consistently excellent service.

Dennis Winder

Sales Director

An industry veteran recognised for his extensive practical knowledge in compressed air and condensate management. Dennis brings a wealth of experience that our customers directly benefit from.

John Gillen

Manufacturing & Quality Director

John oversees manufacturing and quality assurance across the STERLING range, ensuring every separator, drain and service kit that leaves Cannock meets the standard our customers expect.

Andy Gillen

Operations Director

Andy directs day-to-day operations, from stock strategy through to dispatch. His focus is protecting the same-day dispatch promise that our distributor partners rely on.

Group Brand Manager

Dave leads brand and marketing across the STERLING group, keeping our message consistent on both sides of the Atlantic and making sure the technical detail our customers need is easy to find.

Stacey Wilkinson

Head of Operations

Stacey runs the operational engine room (order processing, stock control and logistics), making sure the right product reaches the right customer, on time, every time.

Katie is the first point of contact for many of our partners. She looks after accounts, enquiries and aftercare, ensuring every question gets a clear, prompt answer.
